United KingdomI ordered this second pair as wanted to compare calf sizes, the first pair I ordered were a little tight. Unfortunately this size was too big & were baggy around the top. I will keep the first pair and wear them in to stretch them slightly. I do think a jump of 3 cm is quite a lot. I’ve bought Duo boots for years & love them, I miss the shop to try them all on as it’s expensive delivery & returns fee but needed to get the closest fit possible. Duo used to do a 34 cm as I have a pair. They are really lovely boots, great colour and perfect heel size. Love the subtle detailing on them. Never had suede knee high boots before so will make a nice change.
United KingdomI’ve been a Duo customer for quite a few years now & love that I can get boots to fit my small calf. This is my first suede boots & they are gorgeous! I did contact the customer service team who were very helpful as when I first tried them they were quite tight on my calf, I did find it hard to know what size to order as they go up in 3 cm increments. I went for the smaller size as going by the sizes of my boots I already have. It’s a shame there are no shops as it would be great to try different sizes to compare. Maybe next time I’ll order 2 sizes. They really are a lovely colour and style, love the little buckle detail and the stitching which is lovely and subtle. Hoping they will give a little with wear as my leather ones have , I prefer them to be more snug than gappy anyway.
