What is your online Returns Policy?

We craft all our pieces with care and hope you love them as much as we do. However, if you change your mind, you have 20 days from the date your boots are shipped to you to return your order. Please ensure items are tried indoors on soft surfaces. All items must be returned in their original, unmarked condition and packaging. Kindly ensure that the products including the shoe box is returned with all original protective packaging included. 

If the items are not returned to us in the same condition we sent it out to you in, unfortunately we will not be able to process the return. We reserve the right to reject returns showing signs of wear.

Returns outside the 20 day window will be refused or issued with store credit.

How do I initiate a return?

To return your item(s), please visit our returns portal below. Ensure you include the # before your order number. 

Please note there is a fee to return items for a refund.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Once your return arrives back at our warehouse and has been checked by our team, your refund will be processed. Although we expect it to be much sooner, please allow up to 10 working days for the money to appear back in your account. You will receive confirmation by email once your refund has been made.

Returns received after 1pm GMT will be processed the following working day.

Do I receive a full refund?

If you use our returns label, we will be unable to refund any original postage paid and handling costs. If you return your item(s) to us at your own expense, we will issue you with a full refund including the original delivery costs. However, if you choose to use your own courier or postal service, it is your responsibility to ensure that you purchase the right level of insurance to cover the package in case of damage or loss.

Please note that we do not refund duties and taxes when shipping outside of the UK.

How do I initiate an exchange?

If you'd like to exchange your order please visit our returns portal below, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Exchanges are free of charge. However, if the style you want is out of stock and you choose to request a refund, we will not be able to refund the original postage and handling costs.

My refund is late/ I have not received my refund

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 working days of us confirming it, please first check your bank account. We would then suggest contacting your credit card company or bank, as it may take time for the refund to process. If you still haven't received it, feel free to contact us and we'll investigate further.
