United KingdomHad to return boots because even though I ordered a larger shoe size they were so tight I could not wear them. Just because the calf is slim the shoe size shouldn't be slimmer than normal size width.
United KingdomMy black Haltham boots have just arrived and they look great. My calves measured 43’’ and I’m a size 8 UK 41 or 42 Euro with standard width feet. Reading in the reviews that boots are a bit small and to allow for being able to wear trousers underneath, I ordered size 9/42 and a 47’’ calf and they fit perfectly over my trouser legs with a little wiggle room without looking too loose. They should be okay under a skirt/ dress. I’m 5’ 7’’ and ordered standard length. I can’t wear heels. Please can we have Halstead in navy to buy other colours available in helped styles. I’d also buy them in dark green. Thanks.
United KingdomI have not owned a pair of high boots for over 23 years! I ordered these ones with a very nervous feeling. I am 41.5cm calf and went for 44cm size, just in case 41cm is too tight. Boots are quite narrow in the foot area so not thick socks for me unless I go size up but being able to zip my high boots all the way to the top feel comfortable and still have space for even wearing them over my jeans is such a joy!!! May be weird to some but ladies with wider calves understand my feelings well! I am starting to save up for my second pair ( with a bit of heel this time!). Cant recommend enough! Amazing shoes!
United StatesI can’t believe how amazing it is to find a company making boots with the circumference and shaft size options! I have very narrow calves and end up buying and returning a ton of boots because the circumference is way too wide, and I look like a kid wearing grown-up boots! I used the measuring guide and ordered the recommended boot, and they fit wonderfully - a touch snug, but perfectly formed to my calves - yay!! The leather could be a touch more luxe and leather lining and soles would be the icing on the cake, but the value at this price point along with the fit will keep me coming back for me. Also - very quick shipping to the east coast US - thank you Duo Boots!!
