LOVE the boots! Comfortable, super great fit and would purchase again. I was frustrated with customer service. I had put in a request for an exchange of a smaller size. I was approved for the exchange however, being a new customer I lost my first time buyer discount. Delay with connecting with customer service was not as big of a deal as focus from customer service to answer my questions was a big challenge. Again, boots are fantastic and amazing for big calves!

Also love the European sizes as I struggle finding UK 6,5 and this EUR 40 fits like a glove! Very quick delivery and beautifully wrapped! Will definitely be back to order more!
United KingdomI have another pair of black suede over the knee boots from Duo which have seen better days as I have had them a long time and had excellent wear out of them. Whilst these are not over the knee, they are just as fabulous. I ordered the longer leg length. As someone who has wider calves, I love the fact that Duo do different calf widths. I also have a pair in Olive green. My boots will get a lot of wear over the winter and beyond! The quality and fit are perfect for me.
Overall very happy with my boots.. fit perfectly with extra room..love the design..one boot slightlly bigger than other, left side calf. could have gone for the 35mm however because of the gussets.. needed a lower heel for gait stability when walking. Thank you!
