Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on a UK bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.
For international orders, all applicable duties and taxes are calculated and charged at checkout, allowing you to see the full cost of your order upfront. If you order products for delivery to one of the international delivery destinations, you will be charged any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees at checkout. These charges are calculated based on your delivery destination and are payable by you at the time of purchase. We do not cover or refund these charges.
We do not offer exchanges for international orders. Please return your order to us for a refund and place a new order.

The Swap Protect team—who manage all claims directly—will review and provide a resolution (approved, rejected, or requiring further details) within 48 hours. All international orders are shipped via FedEx with duties and taxes displayed at checkout. You pay these fees upfront when placing your order.
Important: Duties and taxes are non-refundable, even if you return your boots.
