We offer free exchanges on all orders, request an exchange via our returns portal and this will be dispatched out to you free of charge. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Please register your return via our returns portal below. Simply follow the instructions in the portal and drop your parcel off at your nearest drop off point.
Returns must include the original shoe box and all protective packaging, with products in unmarked. Items showing signs of wear or damage may be rejected.
Please note there is a fee to return items for a refund.

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days of us receiving your parcel.
You will be notified when we have received your return and again once it has been refunded. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account will depend on your bank.

Yes, you can use your own carrier to return your order. Please note if you choose your own carrier, you will not be covered by our returns policy. You must ensure your chosen courier provides adequate insurance for loss or damage.
