Important information about delivery

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on a UK bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.

For international orders, all applicable duties and taxes are calculated and charged at checkout, allowing you to see the full cost of your order upfront. If you order products for delivery to one of the international delivery destinations, you will be charged any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees at checkout. These charges are calculated based on your delivery destination and are payable by you at the time of purchase. We do not cover or refund these charges.

We do not offer exchanges for international orders. Please return your order to us for a refund and place a new order.

Swap Protect

For extra peace of mind, you can add Swap Protect at checkout. This optional delivery protection covers your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit.

Swap Protect is an optional delivery protection service you can add at checkout for extra peace of mind. It covers your DuoBoots order in the event of loss, theft, or damage in transit, ensuring your item can be quickly replaced or refunded if something goes wrong. Once added, you’ll receive a confirmation email outlining your coverage and how to make a claim.

If you ever need to raise a claim, the process is simple: visit our dedicated portal at https://returnsportal.co/c/duoboots, enter your order details, and submit your request. The Swap Protect team—who manage all claims directly—will review and provide a resolution (approved, rejected, or requiring further details) within 48 hours. Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes on international orders?

All international orders are shipped via FedEx with duties and taxes displayed at checkout. You pay these fees upfront when placing your order.

Important: Duties and taxes are non-refundable, even if you return your boots.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via customerservice@duoboots.com by 1pm UK time. Please note we are unable to guarantee any amends to orders.

Do you ship to APO, FPO or PO boxes?
