How do I find my size?

We would recommend using our Find Your Fit tool.

Simply enter your measurements and tell us what you’ll be wearing your boots for, and the tool will recommend the best size and style to suit your needs.

Do you have a size guide?

If you're not sure which shoe size to go for, use our guide below to find the best fit.

How to measure:

  • Foot length - from the end of your toes to the rear of your heel
  • Width - the circumference around the ball of your foot

Important: We don't offer half sizes due to our 9 foot x 8 calf size matrix. All tall boots come in standard width only. If the standard looks snug, we suggest sizing up.

Do your boots fit true to size?

Yes, our boots generally fit true to size, so we'd advise buying the size you usually wear. You can find more fit notes on individual product pages, and you can contact us if you are unsure about your size.

How do I find my calf size?

We're the only brand in the world offering 8 different calf fittings: 30, 32, 35, 38, 41, 44, 47, and 50cm.

My favourite style is out of stock, can I still order it?

We would recommend signing up to our back-in-stock notification, simply select your size and enter your email address. If your size does come back into stock you will be notified via email.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?

UK Orders:

  • Dispatch: Within 2 business days
  • Delivery: 2-3 working days after dispatch via Royal Mail

International Orders:

  • Dispatch: Within 2 business days
  • Delivery: 5-7 working days after dispatch via FedEx

Note: Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on a UK bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.

Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes on international orders?

All international orders are shipped via FedEx with duties and taxes displayed at checkout. You pay these fees upfront when placing your order.

Important: Duties and taxes are non-refundable, even if you return your boots.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via customerservices@duoboots.com by 1pm UK time. Please note we are unable to guarantee any amends to orders.

Do you ship to APO, FPO or PO boxes?

Unfortunately, our courier services do not deliver to APO, FPO or PO boxes due to security reasons.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?

We hope you love your DuoBoots, however if you are not completely satisfied you can return your order to us for a full refund as long as it’s within 14 days of receipt in its original, unused and unworn condition.

Returns must include the original shoe box and all protective packaging, with products in unmarked. Items showing signs of wear or damage may be rejected.

Can I exchange?

You can request an exchange via our returns portal, please select the new size and/or style you would like and this will be dispatched out to you free of charge when your parcel arrives back to us. All exchanges are subject to availability.

When will I get my refund?

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days of us receiving your parcel.

You will be notified when we have received your return and again once it has been refunded. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account will depend on your bank.

Is there a charge for returns?

All returns are subject to a return shipping charge, which varies depending on your location. To see the exact cost before sending your item back, please enter your details on our returns portal — the applicable return charge will be displayed there.

My item is faulty, what should I do?

Please contact us at customerservices@duoboots.comincluding pictures of the faulty item and your order number.

Can I return through my own carrier?

Yes, you can use your own carrier to return your order. Please note if you choose your own carrier, you will not be covered by our returns policy. You must ensure your chosen courier provides adequate insurance for loss or damage.

What makes your boots special?

Each pair of DuoBoots is expertly handcrafted in Portugal from the finest materials, with meticulous attention to fit and finish. With over four decades of craftsmanship and eight unique calf fittings (30–50cm), we’re proud to create beautifully inclusive boots designed to fit and flatter every woman.

Do you have any stores?

Our boutiques have now closed, and DuoBoots is available exclusively online.

Do you offer a repair service?

We don’t currently offer a repair service. However, with the right care, your boots will last for years. We recommend resoling at the first signs of wear with a trusted cobbler, conditioning leather regularly, and protecting suede with a quality protector spray.

Boot Care
How should I care for my suede boots?

Suede is a premium, soft-grain leather known for its beautifully smooth texture. While suede boots can handle light rain, we recommend:

  • Treating your boots with a protective suede spray before first wear.
  • Reapplying the spray regularly to maintain protection.
  • Remembering that, although not fully waterproof, well-treated suede will stay looking its best through most weather.
Can I stretch my knee-high leather boots?

We don’t recommend stretching high-quality leather boots, as it can cause lasting damage. With DuoBoots, there’s no need — our boots come in eight calf fittings, ensuring a flawless, comfortable fit from the very first wear.
