Yes you can! You’ll be able to see the available delivery options in your shopping bag online
We offer next day, next day before 12, and Saturday or Sunday delivery options for orders shipped to the United Kingdom*. In-stock orders received by us before 1pm are delivered the next working day, or received by Friday 1pm are delivered the next Saturday or Sunday, if this service is selected.

Next day delivery cost for full price items is £4.99 per order
Next day delivery cost for Sale or Outlet items is £9.99 per order
Next day before 12 delivery is £10.00 per order
Saturday/ Sunday delivery is £14.00 per order

*We are unfortunately unable to offer next day or weekend delivery services to the following postcode areas:

STANDARD UK DELIVERY

Orders of in-stock items placed before 1pm on weekdays should arrive within 3-5 working days, however please allow up to 7 working days in case of any delays. Deliveries take place between 8am and 8pm.

NEXT DAY, NEXT DAY BEFORE 12, SATURDAY/ SUNDAY UK DELIVERY

In stock items ordered before 1pm on weekdays are delivered the following weekday between 7am and 9pm, (or before 12pm if Next Day before 12 is selected). For Saturday or Sunday delivery, the order must be received by Friday 1pm.

The carrier will provide SMS or Email updates to advise when delivery is due.

NOTE: If no one’s at home to accept your delivery, then our carrier will try one of your neighbours, or leave the parcel in your safe place (you can let us know where this is when you checkout online*).

If the carrier is unable to deliver or leave the parcel, they’ll leave a calling card explaining how to re-arrange delivery.

*If you specify your own safe place, it needs to be within 100 metres of the delivery address, in a sheltered, secure and out of view location (N.B. a bin is not suitable). Once the item has been delivered to the safe place, it’s no longer covered by the carrier’s insurance and is your responsibility.

If you are placing your order online, we recommend that you create an online account so you can log in and check the status of your order.

Once your product has been despatched, you will receive confirmation by email. Your email will include a link to track the progress of your parcel with our carrier. If you have an online account, the tracking link will also appear here.

In the unlikely event that your order is not delivered to you within our advised timescale: , please check your confirmation email and verify that we have the correct address, whether a neighbour has accepted your parcel on your behalf or whether your parcel has been left in a secure location around your property or at your offices.

This may be possible but can’t be guaranteed. If you need to change the delivery address of your order, please contact us as soon as possible on 0330 100 3455.
